Our online store offers shipping from USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are based on the weight of what you are buying and the distance we have to ship it from the roasterie. During the checkout process, you are given several shipping options. Shipping prices are listed at the time of checkout and included in the final price. If your order does not arrive on time, we will work with you to make it right. However, there are times where weather or natural disaster may prevent you from receiving your order in a timely manner. Due to the nature of shipping, Cravens cannot control, and is not responsible for these delays.
