We source a selection of high quality peaberry coffees, where the seed of the coffee cherry does not split into two, as most coffee beans do. This amplifies the intensity and concentration of the flavors, which are then captured using our vintage roaster.

This particular peaberry from the highly regarded Dota Coop in Tarrazu, Costa Rica has an elegant brightness and wonderful round finish.
