Organic Ethiopia Sun-Dried Natural

Primary Origin: Ethiopia Guji Kayon Mountain

The fan-favorite Ethiopia Sun-Dried Natural is BACK — but it's a little different this time around.

A standout crop from the Kayon Mountain Farm in Ethiopia’s forest-rich Guji Zone, grown at elevations up to 6,900 feet and sun-dried on raised beds, this organic single origin delivers a vibrant, candy-like sweetness with layers of depth and character.

One of the few Ethiopian estates with direct exporting access, Kayon Mountain blends environmental stewardship, modern quality practices, and Ethiopia’s heirloom cultivars into a cup that’s as visionary as it is delicious.
